Assault veteran Severus of the ordo xenos. Currently knee-deep in an org WAAGH...evil GM
And yes, that is an assault cannon. Works like a charm.

Put explosive collars on your psykers.

Nice one, big mean Guardsman with biggest, meanest gun in the book. Some other guns may have better stats, but none of them is as badass as assault cannon.

The helmet looks a bit small though.

Here's a character concept of mine. It's a bit non-traditional, but still cool.

"Its Dark in the dark when its dark
And we's not eaten fer ages
bring us gobbos, bring us trolls, bring us orcs
that'll do fer a snack!
you lot keep da Jewlz
wot I want instead
is ta find a smelly Orc
'n Kick 'im til e's dead
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh................"

Ok I don't think this priest will get a flamer to the face from a Sister of Battle like the last one... However, I could be wrong... but I wouldn't think so.

sorry again about this not quite being finished yet. I do finish pictures... really I do

Excellent work indeed Acolyte AES!

And dont worry about a flamer to the face from a SoB, they are all just repressed anyway.

Nice Evilscary. I especially like the aquila hairsticks.

The only suggestion I would have is that the backpack (?) in the first one gets kind of lost and blends in with the shoulders. Which makes it look like she just has big bulky shoulderpads o.O (not that there is anything wrong with big bulky shoulder pads they are after all a WH40K staple ^__^ ) Maybe raising the top of the back pack up a bit above the shoulder to show a little more seperation or maybe just altering the colors slightly.

Anyway just a minor suggestion. Its nice to see the totally different styles that people apply to the same subjectmatter.

If anyone would like to see more Warhammer based art I would suggest checking out Ordo Illuminatus http://z4.invisionfree.com/illuminatus/index.php? I know the site has been around for awhile so some of you might already know about it, but anyway. There is some pretty cool artwork on the site I would highly suggest checking it out.

Well he's back and in color this time. Lets see what the Sisters of Battle will have to say about him now.

Well... that wasn't my intent. I was going for more the red/orange/rust color that techpriest are known for, but... that is something I didn't really think of at the time... Touche Rosedivine.

Emperor's Holy Colostomy Bag AES! I've been learning Poser on the QT to wow this thread, and you show up with those! Freehand, and everything... I tell ya, it'd be enough to drive a man to drink...

In all seriousness though: absolutely excellent stuff.
