Well... I know that this isn't exactly what was meant by this thread but... anyway... Here it is.. the first selfportrait I've completed since my lifedrawing 101/102 class.

Awesome stuff AES but I think you made the head a bit to big on this one. "You" almost have the anatomy of a halfling which is sort a shame since the rest of the drawing is great. Unless you actually have the body of a halfling of course . I would shrink the head in Photoshop and fill in the blanks that "stamp" tool. The lines will then look like it is made by pencil and the proportions of the drawing will have better proportions.

I hope you take no offense because that is not my intention.

Oh man, AES, I'm so glad you posted that... That was exactly what I thought when I saw this thread too. I definitely have to do one now!

No offense taken Robban I think you are correct about the proportions on this one. Thanks for the feedback. I am a kinda short person but definitely not hobbit short. I'll see if I can pull out some photoshop voodoo shrink that head down a bit . Thanks again for the feedback.

As abnormal as I do in this world probably. Unfortunately my awareness negates the chance that one could put ANY sort of LIMIT upon my ability to perform ANY given task.

We are beyond games. We are as GOD!

We create and so would be PURIFIED by flame if our true selves came to the fore.

Have a nice day in the world of make-believe! Are you make believe? So how then is one able to quantify what one is capable of?

Strange: 95% of the posters here claim to have above average intelligence, while in truth most people on this board arent able to perform basic statistics.

And as we all know you can't properly reflect intellegence without statistics.

In what vessels did they pour forth their polluted essences, in what form did they hope to subjugate the universe, with whose hands do they, even now, reach across the frontiers of space in vain aspirations of conquest? It is both obviously and painfully clear that it is WE who they venerate; they wish nothing more than to be like us, to be like Him whose children they envy…

From completing the stats unit of my maths course in a week, finishing the morning of the exam, I have concluded, that stats is one of the easiers branches of maths. I would much rather spend my time learning something more difficult, and I will apply to my working life, such as mechanics, or just some pure maths, because that's just silly
