Me too, but your pics rules
Completely agree. I thought they would look rather silly but I was able to get some rather nice b&w line drawings out of the site. The colour interface is not as good IMHO.
PM me if you are having trouble finding DH books at your local Waterstone's.

Now that's nice!
Are you using photoshop or some other program?

Geez, I really need to get my scanner working again.
However, whilst I like drawing black/white, I have - so far - totally failed at coloring my works.
Maybe someone can point me to a tutorial or (seeing that many people apparently use advanced image editing tools) do the work for me.
@Acolyte AES + ripper.mcguirl: awesome!

On of the things I like about this pic is that this character is clearly a 40k character and easily an acolyte, but you can't tell his career just by glancing at him. He could be just about anything other than a tech-priest.

Im not sure if the Adeptus Mechanicus would look favourably on the Adeptus Sororitas trying to purge one of their faithful tech priests, just because he has a mechandrite that looks a litle like a tenticle. That sort of thing might cause some political problems for the AS.

And so Militant Sister Pyrotechnica (after failing an easy perception test, then failing an easy tech use test, that the GM decided to let her take as well to try and avoid the upcoming nastienes, and so mistakes a well crafted bionic hand with mechandrites for fingers for mutant hand with tentacles) purges the Tech Priest in righteous prometheum falme in the name of the Emperor. 3 years later another sister of battle is enquiring with the mother superior "Mother Superior, I have been a sister militant for 3 years now, why have I not been issued with blessed power armour yet? Am I not worthy?", Mother superior replies "You truely are worthy sister Angelicus, it is just unfortunate that a @*#@#*#!!!! ex sister had a small mistake with her flamer and now the Adeptus Mechanicus refuse to send us anymore Emperor Blessed Power Armour as redemption for our @*#@#*#! sisters sins against the Omnisiah." "Ah mother Superior I understand, I shall pray to the Emperor that my zeal can be contained and I do not make the mistake of pissing off the holy servants of the Imperium that serves the Emperor dutefuly in his wisdom."

Unfortunately I find pencil sketches never scan well, so I think my original looks better.
Any way this is a NPC my players are going to be working with in their next mission. Just trying to decide which Chapter he will be from so I can add shoulder insignia and shading on the armour. I decided it would be a good introduction having a SM taking cover for a change

Well here some random scenes from our adventures for those who cannot draw that well.
Start of with fighting a deamon prince, then some random fightscene when we enter a building.
After that what happens if our gamemaster starts drinking during the evening (chaos) and finally a cool down session just for fun....

That is downright awesome. Have you done anything else 40k related?
Thanks I'm glad you like it. As far as anything else 40k I'm just getting started with my 40k drawings but I am a big fan of the setting and I am having a lot of fun with Dark Heresy so I will certainly be doing more in the near future.
On a side note I've often found it hard to finish my drawings. I usually get sidetracked by the next picture and so its hard for me to work on one until completion, but I must say that getting the feedback here has really help inspire me to get more pictures done. So thank you for the comments even the ahhh! DIE DIE DIE one lol. It’s nice as an artist when your picture can write the story.
poor sisters of battle w/ no more blessed power armor T.T
That was hilarious Sanguine. ^__^

Sister Arianna Prima
Occupation: Exorcist for Ordos Hospitaller (aka, "Worst damn job in the universe")
Hobbies: Torture, killing warp entities, burning heretics, witches as well as the odd civilian and members of the ecclesiarchy if they have 'the taint'
Armaments: Revolver, 'Excommunicator' sawn down shotgun, Hand Flamer, various sharp objects, some of them medical equipment and about 3000lbs of self righteous bigotry and intolerance for fairly much everyone 'but' her.
Salvation comes with Suffering (a great deal of suffering)
She's just waiting for the Inquisitor to slip up and she'll send them to the emperor for final judgement in a holocaust of promethium and inferno shells. While her 'ministrations', miracles and healing burn away insanity and corruption making her invaluable in that respect, most everyone who's got half a brain just stays the hell away if they know what's good for them. It's not that Arianna is a 'bad' person and she genuinely does have the right idea about enforcing canon law and purity of the soul.
It's just that the Ordos psy-trepanned the part of her brain that has any sense of fear which makes her immune to most human failings in the face of assured damnation. An unfortunate side effect of that though, Arianna doesn't really have any comprehension of guilt, punishment or self preservation... or anyone else's
