Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce the upcoming release of The Warpstone Chronicles! Offering an impressive array of formidable attachments with the “relic” keyword, this Battle Pack will bring new levels of excitement to your Warhammer: Invasion game.
The Warpstone Chronicles is the fifth monthly Battle Pack installment of The Corruption Cycle, the first linked expansion series for Warhammer: Invasion, a card game of intense warfare, clever kingdom management, and epic questing. This 40 card pack contains 20 different never-before-seen cards designed to augment existing decks and add variety to the Warhammer: Invasion metagame.
Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game is a card game by Eric M. Lang in which 2 players develop their kingdoms and lay waste to their foes. Each side is comprised of either the forces of Order or the forces of Destruction as they seek to extend their empire to include the entire Old World. The Living Card Game™ format allows players to customize their gaming experience with monthly Battle Pack expansions to the core game.

Can't wait to put my hands on these Battle Packs =)
Also, i hope distributors will fastern their order..FFG, is it possible to ship the packs to them some days earlier then others? For those who'll buy in the original language from, example, UK shops it would be cool to the 1-week(at least) delay needed for the packs to arrive..

It's already avalible at the flgs in NYC, picked up a pack yesterday : )) not a bad set either.

God of War is EPIC. Lord of the Rings is EPIC. Illidan is EPIC er was..epic. Beowulf is Epic. Drizzt taking on an army of orcs is Epic. Keeping a unit card on a card for so many turns is not Epic.
Sorry but I had to make a counter point to yours lol. Epic is so over used now it is liek the new "tight". I like perilous I think I will convince my mind to see "perilous" in place of "epic".
Also bring on the phat lewtz for Invasion. And is that Dar-gon slayer? Sweet!

I dunno - "Epic" is a fairly usual word that gets tacked on to quests in fantasy literature, even if it doesn't really convey the sense of "drawing more cards" that you get from the Questing in Invasion. If I were to choose a word other than "epic", though, I'd probably go with "perilous". Warhammer likes the word "perilous". Still, it's just ad-blurb. Probably best not to pick at it.

I am getting the first two packs next week I hope while I am down in Florida. My distributor that was supposed to send these along with the new Monsterpocalypse Series 4 "forgot to pay his bills" and had to cancel the orders...grrr.
Next time I will go with a different distributor.
On a side note..."epic questing" REALLY!? I think the word "epic" is being over used these days thanks to MMOs.

In Europe, We don't see first Battle pack, maybe be to buy before Christmas, what's about second battle pack, in next Christmas ?? :/

Keltheos, the second one is already on its way to stores and starting to show up this week. Right on time too as its been about a month since the first one started to arrive.
FFG, might as well reveal the 6th as well as its already been spoiled in the forums with info from a french site (so was the 5th, this one). The companion set has also been shown.
