This Fall, the Game Master's Toolkit for Anima: Beyond Fantasy RPG |
| Anima: Beyond Fantasy RPG | Published 27 July 2009 | Rating | 86 votes |
Gaïa is a dark fantasy world of supernatural creatures, where the Dragon Gods – the Lords of Light and Darkness – influence fierce martial artists and powerful wizards alike as they serve their own enigmatic agendas. In the Anima: Beyond Fantasy roleplaying game, players explore the vast possibilities of this world, with its rich atmosphere and deep lore.
Coming this Fall, the Game Master’s Toolkit expands these possibilities even further! This first expansion for the Anima: Beyond Fantasy RPG includes a four-panel GM screen, full of useful tables and charts, plus a new 64-page source book, featuring expanded rules for character creation and combat, optional rules for character traits and supernatural abilities, pregenerated characters, and the introductory adventure "Shadows Within Dreams".
This Fall 2009, are you ready to go Beyond Fantasy?
Set in the fantasy world of Gaïa, a setting that combines elements of Eastern and Western narrative and artistic traditions, Anima: Beyond Fantasy the Roleplaying Game features a dynamic and flexible system for high adventure and immersive storytelling.
(I'll try posting this again, as my last one didn't show. Guess I'm pointing out too many FFG flaws.)
Wish the FFG store wold send some sort of "recieved order" or confirmation email. My payment is still "pending" through my bank too, yet people on the forums have already received there's from outside sources.
FFG does not publish Anima Tactics, we merely distribute it. All support for that game is handled by Cipher Studios.

Thanks!

Glad it's out though... a lot more is needed to launch this strongly. Its a good solid rp who tags into your Anima cardgame and Anima Tactics, a bit more support for these games would be welcome.
(putting up erratas and addendums for A:T on the site here would be a good start for one)
I am happy for the new material but I always hoped for a book to give more details about the lands, the different cultures the whole anima cosmos and not new ways to kill more efficiency.
... took you long enough
no, seriously, HOW long has this been out in spanish and/or french?
You've got a great game there, but the slow releases are killing it, especially when the forums are alive with rumors of wonderful books... in spanish
So HAPPY that this is FINAL coming out and we are seeing more Anima RPG material!
Finally! Woot for awesomeness!
Can't wait! Now if we can only get the other books translated quicker! Keep the good stuff comming, the system is awesome we just need/want more!
Just when I thought this was a dead game. I should say thanks, but I will say "About time!!!"
woo, awesome!
I can't wait!
