Suprised about the boost to Jenny Barnes to get a second common item.  In our group she seems to be a popular pick, after all money is always money.

Solan, By "people" I should have said "we" as I was sure about it too.

Well...  Regardless, the patrol wagon would be a great way to escape martial law.

P.S. does Deputization make you immune to arrests, or only to the curfew enforced card?

No Tibs.  It says immune to delay, not immune to arrest.  I.e. Erich Weiss can't help you, Mark Harrigan can (it's actually quite cool in my opinion— finally Mark's good for something).

Phibby, I was sure it was Zoth-Omog because Zhar's image on the Sinister Plot card fits Zoth's deion perfectly.  I am, however, happy that we have Cthuga instead, whom I prefer to Zoth.

Oh, and on the boardgamegeek site Kevin spilled the news that there is a federal investigator AND a rookie cop among the new characters.  Furthermore, he said the rookie cop is an "advanced" character who may take some thought in order to be used optimally.

The section regarding the reduction of the number of players based on total expansion boards still does not mention that it does not affect Final Combat. However, it is interesting to note that the investigators get an additional +1 to the gate limit when using Dunwich and Innsmouth together.

The clause about being arrested in Innsmouth mentions that characters immune to delay are still affected; I assume that means characters who are immune to being arrested are still affected too.

The section about Martial Law says the character has to pass an Evade check, but the example says the investigator has to pass a Sneak check. Which is it?

Also, the ruling regarding encounters that move investigators again claims the investigator should evade all monsters at the new location.

Guess people were off about Zoth-Ommog being in this expansion, Cthuga instead...interesting.
