6th Airborne Division
The 6th Airborne Division, nicknamed the Red Devils, was the British elite parachute division. Using these rules, players can now alter their setup by using an air deployment. While this allows for greater flexibility, the ramifications can be catastrophic if squads do not land where they are supposed to.
Think you are brave enough? Then take to the skies!
The following Initiative card and Smoke token can be used in any Tide of Iron campaigns and scenarios:

The Initiative card follows similar rules to 29th Infantry Division Initiative card found in the Normandy expansion. The card replaces the normal British Initiative card if both players agree. Before the start of a single scenario or a campaign, the British player using the 6th Airborne card must decide whether to use the text side or the non-text side. The British player must use the chosen side until the completion of the scenario or the campaign.
If the text side is chosen, the British player may alter his setup as follows:
This completes the British setup. When both players have setup their units, the British player immediately performs the Landing Phase detailed below.
Landing Phase
The British player now checks on the the success of his proposed air drops (the placement of his infantry squads). To do so, the British player does the following:
Where can one find a listing of each of the various additions?

How large are the smoke tokens supposed to be when printed? As shown, in relation to the cards?
The reason I ask, when I dragged the into a desktop publishing package, is they came in way too large at 72 ppi (the default ppi). When I scaled them down until the ppi hit 233, they match the image sizes posted here.
I'll consider that "right" for the moment, but I'm still curious. (Another reason why PDF works better... there's no guesswork as to "the right size.")

This is great !!!
Please can you also make new cards to replace the three cards with errors on them, "Go to Ground", "Camouflage" and "Double Time". It would be very nice if I could download a replacement for these cards.
Something for free is always welcome, and I disagree about need expensive printers (mine is several years old and was only a cheap one to start with) and such. So long as you use decent ink and paper (and the correct paper type etc on the printer setup) they look very good, and only a few minutes work.
I'm not trying to be nasty here: I'm voicing my opinion on a news article.
I enjoy premium board games which is what FFG produces. We're not talking Milton Bradley connect 4 garbage. I have been turned off by other games (due to other publishers in other marketsi.e. ToY & Tannhauser) because of an "over-accumulation of web-based player aids and gaming components."
Great card, great rule. Would just prefer to have it released physically, in a professional manner. I can't do it myself. Neuropathy sucks the grace from your dexterity.
Right I don't like very much homeworks material too but it's more a new optional rule than new material. You can use this with the british init' card and classic smoke tokens.
Thanks for these good and immersive little new rules.
Great, but please put it all in one PDF with the rules on an extra page.
To address the previous complaints, I do not see how it's justified to complain about FREE and OPTIONAL material that is offered for a game. Granted, I'm a total game consumer, and I love having nice components, so I can understand not wanting some pieces that are of below-quality of the rest of the game components. But come on, don't get all bent out of shape. FFG is just giving those gamers who enjoying making their games "homework" a chance to add a little more flavor to their games...if they so choose to. You aren't being forced to, and your game isn't going to be missing anything by not printing these off and adding them to your game.
And if FFG plans on incorporating them into the next expansion, great. If not, you'll no doubt have tons of other things to add to the game.
Just don't get nasty. It pleases no one.
I'd like to see a nice PDF with these landing rules. Copy, paste'n'print = ugly. And I agree: put all this downloadable stuff in the next expansion!
I LOVE the extra content! It is a great way to keep things fresh in the game. I never have had a problem with the print quality and I do not have a high end printer. Keep it up FFG!
I totally agree with the last comment.
awesome im defenitly going to be using these
