Question: when setting up Caprice & Floyd, they bouth get a warrant token. Is it placed on their character sheet or on the board? The picture set up in the rule book shows the set up with the warrants off the board next to their sheets. But, I got the impression that they are put in their starting positions. Also, this means that they never need warrants to enter their “home” start spots?

Um…that would be the picture on page 8, and then the Hero specific setup on page 11.

I've always placed them on the locations, like pg. 11 instructs.
IIRC, no one gets to just carry a carte blanche warrant around with them, in game or IRL.

Floyd starts with a warrant on the Haas-Bioroid location, co he can enter Haas-Bioroid for one Time instead of three Time.
