I want to get this game.
Could someone tell me what the difference between Standart and Deluxe edition?
Can I lose something if I'll buy a Deluxe edition? And will I have possibility to have/play Standart variant if I'll buy Deluxe? Or I should have both Standart and Deluxe editions?

The Deluxe Edition looks different (considerably snazzier), and has variant/extra characters.
You will not lose or miss out on anything by buying the Deluxe Edition, as it includes all the Standard characters.
It is not available from FFG, out of stock at most stores, BUT you can find it on eBay or BoardGameGeek.com
