whats the reason of one-way-streets for passengers ? you can enter the shops as you like and turn ends there. so why cant you just walk around in the streets as you want ?

I believe it is to stop people double stopping in the good shops just to cycle through the cards they don't want, to find epic cards this way you will spend the entire game cycling through to find the right item. :)

I think it's because if you want to buy several Pets for example, you have to walk around the City another time to re-enter the Pet-shop and buy a second Pet. Doing this will make it a bit harder for someone to hoard Pets and other Items if they have plenty of gold.
I think it's a good rule.
