Standalone scenarios for The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game
Hey all this forum is kinda quiet so hoping to start some discussion about this quest! I have only played it twice and me and my friend barely survived it the first time and then got completely destroyed the second time. I was just wondering what are some decks/combos you all are finding to beat this quest consistently. It is a really fun quest and I will have to give it another go in the near future. Any thoughts?

I tried the forest snare on the high hit point enemy, loaded it up with 7 damage and then used the transfer damage event when the witch king showed up (all lore cards)
I soloed this with a pure Rohan deck. I actually dropped some good cards in order to maintain the purity of the deck, in particular Northern Tracker.
The key was sending everyone but Eomer questing, and then using Eomer as a fall guy to bring everyone back when I got attacked. Once the witch king showed up I just threw allies at him until I made it to Minas Tirith, which didn't really take that long.
