Disappointed with Fantasy Flight.

A few days ago I made an order about two figures from Descent: Journeys in the Dark through their "shop" Internet. Well, my surprise was when I got the package: there was only one inside.

I've written a few e-mails to claim it, but today (and is already almost a week) I have not received a response.

It was the first anf the last order that I made.

Hi!!

My order was 2 figures from Descent: Journeys in the dark. Specifically "Jonas" and "Kel", the two promotional heroes. But, unfortunately I only recieved one, the "Jonas" figure.

I asked for my packet during two or three days but I hadn't any answer.

To make matters worse, it was my first order in Fantasy Flight shop.

Could you understand my feelings? I know that is only a figure but I'm dissapointed in the deal about me… In fact I still haven't any answer. 

Nowadays we have a lot of fantastic ways to make contact but I'm thinking that the human carelessness is bigger…

I understand your cynicism, that should not have happened, but don't give up yet. Keep e-mailing them, or even better, call them on the phone, and keep doing that until you get a satisfactory answer. It may take a little longer than you might like, but if you are persistent, I'm sure FFG will make good.

EDIT: Forgot to ask, how did you contact them? Did you use their Damaged/Missing Component service?

Kel is no longer in stock. Perhaps they ran out and shipped you what they could. Did you get charged for two?
