Well, it depends, Vader is a beast with 2 actions, Howelrunner helps with the re roll, and Stele with the pick a crit. Most are situational. I have played with Tie swarms, they are tough. I myself would take the acad ties with Howelrunner with no Stele. Vader is the only Tie Adv I use, but he is expensive.
