I think every "addition" to middlearth has to be approved by the tolkien society (or whoever holds the rights to the IP), so it might be difficult to introduce some new female heroes.

That's the problem with a big brand, you usually get more recognition, but you are also limited by the IP. I would love to see a terrinoth-version of the LOTR LCG. :D

With a wife and two daughters who love to play games but often bemoan the lack of good female heroes, having strong women characters in this game would be a huge plus!  It would certainly make it a winner in my family!
