Do they release decklists for the Fantasy Flight Worlds tournament?

I haven't heard of any AGoT tournament where decklists were released unless each player was personally asked if he is fine with that. Reason being that some people are against netdecking and also consider element of surprise to be a part of the tournament environment where tournaments have large gaps between each other (or too small, e.g., in this case people don't want to see netdecks at Stahleck which is going to happen pretty soon).
What is Stahleck? Sorry, im pretty new to all LCG's.

It's the European Championship event for A Game of Thrones LCG, located at Stahleck Castle in Germany. It is the world's biggest AGoT LCG event, and one of the three most prestigious, along with GenCon and Worlds.
