Hello,
It might be just me, but having my players try to pick their starting career from the stack was a pain. The card stock (though great) sticks a bit and they are unweildly. This may have been made by someone else, but I felt the need to create a roll chart ala the orginal versions of this wonderful IP. This currently only has the basic careers from the core set and Adventurers Toolkit. I hope someone finds it usefull. :)

What I do is keep the career cards in alphabetical order and use the career ability cards - which are an easily shufflable size - to create decks for players to randomly select from. They draw 3 ability cards (obviously, you have to hold them or cover them so that the pictures aren't visible) and then bring out the career cards to read through and choose which one they'll keep.

Good work.
