That is akin to saying that it was ok to rob the house because they left the door open.

You shouldn't steal artwork to class up your project, no matter how easy it is.

It is a bad comparison, when you steal something from someone's house, you private that person or family of something (a good). I am not removing anything from the internet, the pictures are just right where I found them.

I don't see then how I am "stealing" artwork. There are many ways you can protect the artwork you upload to the net. I have found such artwork and I have not used /try to hack it from the net.

Cheers,

Yepes

You're in the wrong here, man. Artists should be paid for their work.

Previous games: Buried, but not Forgotten and Underworld Rising.

Check out both podcasts at Reckless Dice.

I agree with you.

Nevertheless, to give an example, many of the images I took, come from the web page of warhammer online, under the link concept art /download. The artist of these illustrations have been already paid for them, and probably they agreed in the contract that their illustrations could be freely dowload by anyone, and they were probably paid extra for this.

I've downloaded the book, it's great but only career and cards etc., don't see the adventures etc. mentioned.

I always thought Non-elves were banned from Ulthuan, but reading on the history of the kings of the elves that ruling was removed. So in theory you could have non elves visiting Ulthuan.  I doubt they let them wander around unescorted or populate the place.  But be a good way to have the party sail there to learn some knowledge that the High Elves may have.

What adventures would you create? Is it a High Elf adventure on the isle, or one in the Old world for any race.

A scholar of Hoeth, with escort, being taken around the Empire. For a secretive reason.

Seems elves live 2500 years,  Is the current year 2521? If so the High Elves left the old world in -1589, 4110 years ago. So in theory, a dying High Elf citizen with no family could hire the adventures to seek knowledge of his Wood Elf siblings that was separated at that time. To give them a heirloom, will etc. Only dwarven and wood elves would have the history of that time, and wood elf history is from songs.  Thinking on this I see so many problems. with the knowledge of that time. Maybe theres a dark elf family member chasing the party to steal the heirloom.

Shipwrecked Elf found by the party, lost and alone, needs to be escorted back to civilization.

I can picture so many fun ways to create an adventure and even a campaign, wish my English skills were good enough :/ . The Enemy Within type campaign, set using High elves, dwarves, empire, wood elves  and with the dark elves as the secret enemy.
