AT-43 wins Editor's Choice Award from TGN!
Tabletop Gaming News has named AT-43 the winner of its Editor's Choice Award for 2007!
It is now AT-43, and the universe will never be the same.
The United Nations of Ava's deep-space surveillance program, code-named Sentinel, has detected a Therian factory world en-route to Ava. Forty-three years after they were driven from the planet, the morphos are back. Their goal remains the same: break down Ava into its constituent pieces to provide material to build a Therian paradise world. The fact that this will result in the extinction of all life on the planet is not relevant to the morphos.
The Therian factory-world is exactly that: a planet, possibly artificial, devoted entirely to industry, war, and some small living quarters for the Therian overseers on board. To the Therians, it is /rep.trans_sys.10024. To the humans of Ava, it is Damocles, and in five years it will destroy their world.

The UNA has assembled a mobile strike force of the best trained, best equipped, and most experienced soldiers in their elite armed forces, the White Stars. These soldiers have been dispatched as part of Operation: Damocles to end the morphos threat before it reaches Ava. The Red Blok, lacking the advanced technology of the UNA but possessing the excellent intelligence network that results from their powerful propaganda machine and seductive revolutionary ideals, is mobilizing its own forces for the same mission. Whether the Red Blok soldiers intend to assist the White Stars or compete with them for control of Damocles will be decided on the battlefield. The Therians of Damocles seem slow to respond, but gradually their factories are producing more and more golems and machines of war.

And now enter the mysterious Karmans, who have meditated long on the future and reached one terrifying conclusion: war.
